• To redeem points for any of the courtesies above, the Grand reward member must be a guest of Grand Hotel Tijuana, and must be paying at least the standard Grand Reward Room rate .
• Rewards using point redemtions must be made at least 5 days in advance.
• When the petition is received, there will be no cancellations and the required points will be redeemed even if the Grand Reward member does not show.

NOTES:
- The required points for redemption are subject to change any day. For more information please contact the Grand Reward offices.
- The quality of service and the service hours of the parks are there own responsability.
