To redeem points for any of the courtesies above, the Grand reward member must be a guest of Grand Hotel Tijuana, and must be paying at least the standard Grand Reward Room rate

• When the petition is received, there will be no cancellations and the required points will be redeemed even if the Grand Reward member does not show.
