PLATINUM Cardmembers.
• Will accumulate
one point for every peso spent during the Platinum Cardmember’s
stay at the Grand Hotel.
• Grand
Reward, guarantees a minimum of 1,000 points per night
in a standard room and 1,500 points per night in the Grand Club
of the Grand Hotel Tijuana, and purchases during your stay at Grand
Hotel-managed shops and restaurants will also earn points. Plus
a 15% point bonus.
• In order for points to be credited, card number must be presented
when making your reservation or upon arrival at the hotel.
• Upon conversion to Platinum status in the Grand
Reward program,
the existing point balance as well as those generated in the future,
both in qualified stays at the Grand Hotel Tijuana and at Grand
Reward program affiliates, will not have a specific expiration
date as long as the cardmember remains at the Platinum level of
the Grand
Reward program .
B. GOLD Cardmembers.

at the Grand Hotel.
• Grand
Reward, guarantees a minimum of 1,000 points per night
in a standard room and 1,500 points per night in the Grand Club
of the Grand Hotel Tijuana, and purchases during your stay at Grand
Hotel-managed shops and restaurants will also earn points. Plus
a 10% point bonus.

C. REGULAR Cardmembers

Will accumulate one point for every peso spent during the Regular
Cardmember’s stay at the Grand Hotel.
Grand Reward, guarantees a minimum

night in the Grand Club of the Grand Hotel Tijuana, and purchases
during your stay at Grand Hotel-managed shops and restaurants will
also earn points.
In order for points to be credited, card number must be presented

D. General Conditions.

» Every peso spent
during the cardmember’s stay at the Grand Hotel Tijuana will generate
one point.
» Accumulated points have no cash value and their sale,
gift or transfer to any account not belonging to the cardmember
who accumulated them is strictly prohibited, nor can points be
transferred nor combined among Grand
Reward program members. Grand
Reward program points and Rewards cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
» No points shall be generated nor credited for stays and
purchases of products and/or services prior to the member’s affiliation
in the Grand
Reward program.
» No points shall be generated nor credited for banquets
or special events, nor purchases of food, beverages or other products
and services during Award Stays.
